if you can’t wear your pizza shirt on a friday, then when can you really? i’ve also worn this shirt for 4th of july (because ‘murica) and for new years eve (because duh). so really its quite versatile and a great investment piece for your wardrobe.
ps-these perfect adidas are actually from the kids section at j.crew. whenever i want trendy sneakers, i always check the kids section because they’re $5-$10 cheaper and you literally can’t tell the difference. people are always shocked when i do this because i wear an 8.5/9, but youth sizes just have the word “youth” in front of it…the sizing is just like mens. my superstars are a youth 6.5, but these are a youth 7 (because they weren’t sold in half sizes) and they’re actually a little big. i’m obsessed with them though, so its worth it to have the extra room.
these golden goose sneakers were one of my proudest poshmark finds last year. they’re the most unique item in my closet and surprisingly they go with everything.
yes, i teach preschool, and yes i wear expensive italian sneakers to work. its the most adventurous thing i do these days 😉
i leave for the cute town of lagrange, georgia tomorrow for my bestie and queen of the bey hive’s wedding weekend, and these shorts are obviously in my suitcase.
i’m ashamed to admit that i’m not really a beyonce fan, but i SURE did jump on this ivy park bandwagon earlier this summer. when i looked through the collection at nordstrom, i wanted it all. its the epitome of athleisure, perfect for the gym slash perfect for everything else.
i love everything about this dress. the pattern, the sleeves, the cut, just everything. i also love how easy it is to pair with booties for a fancier occasion, or sneakers for everything else in life (obviously my favorite option). i wore the dress/sneaker option for a night of tacos and margaritas for my friends birthday and it was the perfect level of cute and comfort for hiding the inevitable guacamole food baby.
i am by no means a fitness expert.
my favorite foods are french fries, doughnuts, and ice cream. however, i do make it a point to exercise (almost) daily. i have a love/hate relationship with running, so i usually just stick to the elliptical machines at the gym followed by some free weights. i also love jillian michaels workouts. i’ve tried watching other workout videos, but for some reason no one motivates me like jillian.
